On-line Rent Payments...At Waterton Residential, we make it easy for you to pay your rent. Our Residents may make a one-time rental payment by ACH (electronic check) or set-up recurring ACH payments.

New applicants may pre-qualify online via credit or debit card. In addition, new applicants may pay reservation fees and deposits using credit or debit card (select communities), check, or certified funds.

Resident Referral Rewards...Refer a friend, co-worker or acquaintance to live at one of our Waterton properties and you will receive a credit after they sign a lease with us!

Preferred Employer Program...Waterton Residential offers valuable benefits to employees of companies that are enrolled in our Preferred Employer Program. These benefits may include, a lower security deposit, waived application fee, or discount on the first month’s rent. Please consult individual communities for companies enrolled.

U.S. Military Program...To express our gratitude and sincere appreciation for your commitment, we offer special benefits to all our Military who are on active duty. Receive special savings when you show us your Military ID. Please consult individual communities for specifics.

We are Pet Friendly...We know how important pets are, so most of our communities accept cats and dogs that many of our competitors don’t. Please consult individual communities for their policy.
